Flexible Software Teams Engagement Model

EcommIT provides technical resources on a flexible model. This is a variant to our dedicated team model wherein the resources are committed to the client for the entire month irrespective of the slack or increase in demand of development hours. Flexible model improves upon the time and material model in that EcommIT will make sure that the core team working for a client is retained through the project life cycle irrespective of slack or increase in development hours required of the resources.

The billing can be done on a weekly or monthly basis as per the convenience of both the parties. This model is ideal for pilot projects/ start ups who do not want to commit huge budgets upfront and want a leeway in the time hours required. The fee charged is on an hourly basis and the client has the flexibility to alter the team size and structure during the course of a project.

This model is ideal if the client requires a cross section of skill sets from us. For example, an architect might not be required on a full time basis and the client has the flexibility to limit the hours required for the project. Other similar resources could be graphic designer, data modeller, business analyst etc.
