Snap Build needed a dedicated testing team for continuous
QA of their secure communication platform. To speed up the
time to market it was important for them to ensure a speedy
identification and resolution of bugs .

Snap Build used EcommIT testing resources for faster turn
around of the testing cycle. The time zone difference was
effectively used to speed up the identification and resolution of issues.
EcommIT assisted Snap Build with test plan development,
test case creation and functional quality testing.
The EcommIT testing team sends daily status reports with
defects identified to the customer so that by the time
development team comes in for work they have got a set of issues to work on.
