Snap Build required highly skilled engineers for the
secure communications platform they were developing and
it was in short supply in the region they were located.
The cost of resources too was high and Snap Build was
looking at an offshore partner to bring in the required
skills at an optimum cost. They were looking for a
dedicated team from the offshore partner who would
exclusively work on their projects.

location as well as built a team in India in a
collaborative model. We had a pool of trained engineers
whom the client could interview and assess for match with

component was set up in less than a month and deliveries had begun.
